Kathryn Mancewicz,

Kathryn Mancewicz, MS, CCC-SLP is a licensed bilingual speech-language pathologist. Kathryn received her Master’s degree with distinction from the University of New Mexico, where she was a member of the CLASS for ALL bilingual emphasis program. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Spanish from the University of Minnesota- Duluth. She graduated with honors.
Kathryn has experience providing therapy to children and adults of all ages in both English and Spanish. She has worked in numerous settings including hospitals, private practice, skilled nursing facilities, and schools. She also works with children ages birth-3 using a parent coaching model.
Kathryn is experienced and passionate in literacy, articulation and phonological impairments, expressive and receptive language disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, stuttering, aphasia, cognition, and apraxia. She uses the Wilson Reading Program to address reading difficulties like dyslexia. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She also holds state licenses in California, Florida, Oregon, and Utah.
When she isn’t providing speech or language therapy, Kathryn loves to be outdoors. She likes to ski, rock climb, and go on hikes with her husband and her miniature Australian shepherd. She also loves to read and believes you’re never too old for a good story!
